Asbolt Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same or next business day.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders from Friday 12:00 through Sunday or on public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Major city centers: 1–3 working days

• Outlying areas: 2–5 working days

During periods of high demand, processing and delivery times may be delayed. If your shipment is significantly affected, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

Courier services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Post Office addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on our website using the provided tracking information.

Asbolt is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting your claim.

We do our best to validate all addresses provided at checkout. If the address cannot be verified, we’ll attempt to contact you for correction. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

Asbolt is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately:

We will file a claim with the courier. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation. Law enforcement may be involved in cases of theft.
